Abstract
A theoretical and practical proof of a testing method is proposed with in a global concept of reliability of NDE. Performance prediction by c omputer simulation is apart of this reliability conception. For the ra diographic testing a theoretical model is discussed in terms of a quas i-classical assumption. The efficiency and accuracy of the model is sh own by examples of different materials.
