Abstract
A 77-year-old male presented with a recent posterior myocardial infarc tion for coronary angiography. This angiogram revealed a rare, previou sly unreported anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery distal to the first major diagonal branch.
