Abstract
We report the treatment of a jailed side branch using the Rotablator. Initial attempts at passing various low profile balloons in the jailed branch were unsuccessful. The Rotablator allowed access to the side b ranch, which was stented with a single Palmaz-Schatz stent, providing excellent angiographic and 9 months follow-up results. (C) 1997 Wiley- Liss, Inc.
