Action and interaction of genes controlling plant height in fiber flax
varieties were studied is a system of diallel crossings. Incomplete d
ominance prevailed at early ontogenesis stages and during growth in th
e genetic plant height control with manifestation of superdominance ef
fects at the stage of complete ripeness. It was revealed that varietie
s Belinka, K-6, Madonna and Orshansky-72 had the highest number of dom
inant genes controlling plant height.
