COMBINED METHOD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COATIN G WITH THE SURFACE PLASTIC-DEFORMATION

The combination of technological opertions of electromagnetic coating and the surface plastic deformation by the rotatable tools made it pos sible to develop the combined method of hardening the surfaces of mach ine components. The study of the combined actions of electromagnetic, mechanical and heat flows allowed to determine the rational regime of the combined treatment under which the thermodeformable processes of t he combined influence take place at the whole depth. The results obtai ned give an opportunity to determine the indices of the rational regim e of the combined treatment.
