Abstract
Methods available for myoinositol phosphate measurement, effects of pr ocessing and role of myoinositol phosphates in human nutrition, includ ing possible anticancer functions and other positive effects, will be discussed in contrast to the detrimental effects of myoinositol phosph ates on mineral element bioavailability.
