Primary malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma is rare. The mammographic appea
rance is unspecific. The final diagnosis can usually be made after exa
mination of paraffin-embedded tissue only. There exists no therapeutic
standard for this disease. In the case of 3 patients treated at our i
nstitution, tumorectomy only and adjuvant therapy have been performed
because there is no survival advantage for patients who underwent radi
cal surgery.
