Abstract
Nucleophilic substitutions on halopyrroles by charged and neutral carb on, nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur nucleophiles are reported. Such reacti ons represent a valuable and versatile instrument to prepare a wide va riety of functionalized pyrroles and to obtain building blocks for the synthesis of polycyclic systems.
