Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of thiamine diphosphate (vitamin B-1) in erythrocytes is presented. Th e method is robust, accurate and reproducible and due to the use of ac etylaneurine as an internal standard, offers advantages over previous methods. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
