Abstract
The sensitivities of ten continuous cell strains to three HCV strains (Shi-Min, LK-VNIIViM, and LK-K) are assessed. The virus has been cultu red by different methods: stationary, roller, suspension culturing, an d using DEAE-2.5 microcarrier. The infective activity of the virus cul tured by different methods in different cultures varied from 5.0 to 7. 5 lg CCID50/ml.
