Abstract
Urinary tract infections (UTI) include a wide range of clinical entiti es Starting from this situation, have been differentiated each of the UTI depending on location, age and sex, among other factors. Therefore , UTI have been classified and studied as follows: UTI in women, in me n, in elderly people, in catheterized patients and in children. The di fferent pharmacotherapeutic alternatives have been assessed and the cl assic agents compared with the most recent molecules.
