Abstract
Regioselective catalytic hydrogenation of N-acyl 3-phenylindole-2-carb oxylates is the key step for the preparation of cis and trans indoline -2-carboxamides which can be considered as phenylalanine semi-rigid de rivatives. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
