Abstract
A conduction mechanism in mosaic single crystals Hg1-xCdxTe (MCT) has been investigated. It is shown that bulk electron channels appear alon g block boundaries. By the Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) oscillation analysi s parameters of the channels have been determined: electron concentrat ions, cyclotron masses and mobilities. In the high magnetic field and at the helium temperature the size effect in magntoresistance has been revealed when the sample's thickness becomes compared with a mean blo ck size.
