Abstract
The surface topography of the ferroelectric domain structure in flux g rown BaTiO3 single crystal has been studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and optical polarizing microscopy at room temperature. Intersec tion of 90 degrees wedges and formation of microdomains have been obse rved. Zig-zag boundaries have also been visualized for the first time by AFM.
