Abstract
A I-123-labeled tamoxifen derivative with a high affinity for the anti estrogen-binding site (AEBS) has been prepared. Biodistribution studie s in rats showed a good linear correlation between the AEBS contents o f tissue in fmol/g and the accumulated amount of radioactivity in perc ent dose per gram at 24 h.
