Abstract
A complex of rapid procedures for the determination of Fe, Zn, Cu, Ph, Cd, and Hg in wines was developed. The use of ultrasound for degassin g solutions, removing ethanol, and intensifying the decomposition of o rganic compounds enhances the rapidity and the precision of analysis.
