Abstract
De Lange syndrome is a multisystem syndrome that was originally descri bed in 1933.(1) To date, this syndrome has been diagnosed only twice p rior to birth.(2,3) We report the antenatal ultrasonographic findings, including face and hand abnormalities, which led to the diagnosis of de Lange syndrome in the antepartum period.
