THE STABILITY OF MOTION OF A SYSTEM WITH AFTEREFFECT

A system with aftereffect is considered. The state of the system at an y instant of time t depends not only on its phase coordinates at the i nstant t but also on the phase coordinates at the preceding instants o f time [gamma(i)(t), t], where gamma(i)(t) less than or equal to t, i = 1, 2,...,n (in the special case when gamma(i)(t) = t(0) for i = 1, 2 ,...,n).
