Abstract
The structure of the O-antigenic polysaccharide part of the lipopolysa ccharide isolated from Vibrio cholerae O10 has been determined, The ma in method used has been H-1- and C-13-NMR spectroscopy. Sugar and meth ylation analyses were also applied to the polysaccharide.
