Abstract
Only five cases of paraganglioma of the prostate have been reported hi therto. The tumours may be functional (phaeochromocytomas) or non-func tional and benign or malignant. We present a sixth case - a non-functi onal, benign paraganglioma of the prostate - with a review of the lite rature.
