Abstract
Diabetic neuropathy, ranging from reversible mononeuropathies to irrev ersible and neuropathy, is the most frequent neurological complication of diabetes. Diabetes also affects the central nervous system and man ifestations vary from stroke to paroxysmal disorders related to fluctu ations in blood glucose levels.
