The stability constants, K-st, of Cu(II), Fe(III) and Pb(II) chelates
with ,N',N'-ethylenediaminetetrakis(methylenephosphonic acid) (EDTMP)
have been determined by reversed-phase ion-pair chromatography. The va
lue of logK(st) was 6.18 +/- 0.32 for the Cu(II) complex, 5.75 +/- 0.1
6 for the Fe(III) complex and 5.67 +/- 0.07 for the Pb(II) complex.
