Abstract
Bacterial samples and sludge from the RBC were taken from various poin ts and intervals fixed properly and examined for the growth of microor ganisms. The microorganisms in stage 1 to stage 4 were identified, des cribed and discussed. The species present at different stages were com pared with the microorganisms reported by other workers.
