TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCT RISK ASSESSMENT PROCESS

The object of this effort was to organize and manage product risk asse ssment as-a consistent and scientifically based process in which the s pecific elements, tile relationship with clients, and the boundaries o f the procedure were analyzed and defined. Specific guidance and tools are rendered with a flowchart for the process, an uncertainty matrix, a precision caveat a risk assessment contract form, and a risk assess ment questionnaire far customer feedback.
