Abstract
A case of Listeria Rhombencephalitis in a 63-year-old-man under cortic osteroid treatment for suspected rheumatoid arthritis is described. Th e diagnosis was based on the clinical signs, cerebrospinal fluid findi ngs, blood culture and MRI. Radiological and clinical correlation, cli nical aspects and therapeutical problems are discussed.
