J. Leglise et al., PROMOTION AND INHIBITION BY HYDROGEN-SULFIDE OF THIOPHENE HYDRODESULFURIZATION OVER A SULFIDE CATALYST, Journal of the Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, (5), 1994, pp. 611-612
The reaction of thiophene has been studied between 300 and 400 degrees
C and 0.1 MPa over a sulfided CoMo-Al2O3 catalyst with various amount
s of H2S; besides the usual inhibiting effect, it has been found that
low levels of HPS promoted the reaction above 380 degrees C.
