Abstract
A 71-year-old man symptomatic for critical stenosis of both carotid an d coronary artel-ies was successfully managed with combined carotid an d coronary stenting. Such an approach could represent a valuable thera peutic tool for selected patients suffering from coronary artery disea se associated with carotid artery stenosis.
