Abstract
Sweet's syndrome is frequently idiopathic; however, it has been associ ated with malignancy in up to 20% of reported cases. We report a case of concurrent presentation of Sweet's syndrome with sarcoidosis. Altho ugh this association has been infrequently described we feel that this could be an alternative diagnosis in patients with Sweet's syndrome w ho present with mediastinal lymphadenopathy with or without erythema n odosum. The relevant literature on this subject is reviewed.
