Abstract
Thiophene-3-carboxamide adenine dinucleotide (TFAD), and furan-3-carbo xamide adenine dinucleotide (FFAD), two NAD analogs, were synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase typ e I and type II.
