Abstract
A new approach to the non-template synthesis of circular oligodeoxyrib onucleotides containing flexible non-nucleotidic linkers has been deve loped. Using this technique a set of circular molecules representing t riple helix forming, antisense and guanosine tetrad containing oligonu cleotides has been obtained.
