Abstract
Cyclic oligonucleotides (2- to 30-mer) are synthesized by a solid-phas e method, for both chain elongation and cyclization, employing a new l inker and standard phosphoramidite chemistry. Fairly pure crude produc ts (>90% by HPLC) are obtained.
