Abstract
A new strategy of selective DNA target modification was proposed. The using of reactive derivatives of short oligonucleotides in the presenc e of flanking effector pair allows one to modify DNA target only when the perfect complementary complex of DNA target and oligonucleotide ta ndem is formed.
