Abstract
We have synthesized a series of 2-5A chimeras in which the nature of t he oligoadenylate-antisense linkage and the length of the 2',5'-oligoa denylate were varied. In addition, a branched linker was introduced to relocate the 2',5'-oligoadenylate with respect to the antisense domai n.
