L. Nzita et al., SYNTHESIS OF A 2-HYDROXY-OXOLANE DERIVATIVE AS A NEW POTENTIAL CROSS-LINKING AGENT OF DNA, Nucleosides & nucleotides, 16(7-9), 1997, pp. 1781-1784
The design and the synthesis of a new potential crosslinking agent of
DNA is reported. It is based on the alkylating properties of a natural
toxin (botryodiplodin) and will be further linked to antisense oligon
ucleotides.
