PICOMOLE SYNTHESES OF HIGH-QUALITY OLIGONUCLEOTIDE PRIMERS IN COMBINATION WITH THE PREPARATION OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDE ARRAYS

The establishment of a new synthesis procedure for the preparation of oligonucleotide arrays is described.
