This article presents a model-based method for dynamic magnetic resona
nce imaging. This method models the time variation of an object by a g
eneralized harmonic model, thus converting the dynamic imaging problem
to a parameter identification problem. Experimental results are shown
to demonstrate that this method is able to produce high-resolution ti
me-sequential images from a dynamic object with periodic or quasi-peri
odic time variations. (C) 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
