Abstract
In the observations of Freja satellite in the energization legion of t he low aurora(1700km), a new nonlinear plasma oscillation with a turbu lent spectrum at the fractional harmonics of the local proton gyrofreq uencies is reported and analyzed with the wavelet transformation in th e time-frequency spectrum.
