Abstract
We report the case of a 20-year-old woman,vith Noonan syndrome. She ha d severe mental retardation and intractable epilepsy. Magnetic resonan ce imaging revealed dilated perivascular spaces and a dysplastic lesio n in the left temporal lobe, which is thought to have caused her neuro logic symptoms, These findings suggest that neuronal in addition to so matic migration can be impaired in Noonan syndrome.
