Abstract
The C-13 NMR spectra of various 9-(2-hydroxymethylcyclopentyl)purines and 9-(2-hydroxymethylcyclopentylmethyl)purines (purine = adenine, hyp oxanthine or guanine) were fully assigned with the aid of one- (H-1, H -1-H-1 NOE, DEPT) and two-dimensional (HMQC) NMR experiments.
