Abstract
The case of a chylous cervical fistula detected immediately after radi cal neck dissection is presented. The flow and metabolic derangements secondary to depletion of fluid, electrolytes, and protein required th e ligation of the thoracic duct at the thoracic cavity. The various po ssible treatments of chylous fistula are reviewed.
