D. Suznjevic et al., DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM(IV) BY CATHODIC STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRY USINGA COPPER MICROELECTRODE, Microchemical journal, 57(2), 1997, pp. 255-260
Using a copper microelectrode of similar to 5-mu m diameter, the conce
ntration of Se(TV) was determined by cathodic stripping voltammetry ei
ther from HClO4 (0.1 M) or from NaClO4, (0.1 M) supporting electrolyte
s. The preconcentration time of 15 s was chosen as optimal, and calibr
ation graphs were constructed for the applied concentration interval 5
to 50 mu M. Satisfactory reproducibility was obtained, with a standar
d deviation for 5 mu M concentration (n = 10) of about 4%. (C) 1997 Ac
