Abstract
Cloning of the PCR products is being increasingly used by a number of laboratories working on a diverse range of problems. There are a numbe r of methods available each one with its relative advantages and disad vantages. This review seeks to highlight some of these methods and dis cuss their practical applicability under different experimental condit ions.
