Abstract
By using the gauge-invariance, a Klein-Gordon's type equation for anyo ns in external fields is constructed. The equation can be solved exact ly in a constant electric and magnetic field, as well as in a quantize d electromagnetic field. The analytic forms of solutions are also give n in detail.
