AUTOMATIC IMPEDANCEMETER 100-OMEGA-1 T-OM EGA

This work presents a wholly automated high impedance system working in the frequency range 1 mHz-10 kHz and conceived to measure complex imp edances (R-p // C-p) up to 10(12)Omega. Therefore we have built, surro unding a gain phase analyser, a high impedance programmable electromet er working on shunt mode. This apparatus using high resistances and lo w leakage capacitors, resorts to the high impedance electronics, the c omponents are selected by the way of very high insulating Reed switche s drived by a VXI bus.
