Abstract
The diagnosis of myocardial disease related to systemic sclerosis is o ften difficult, but it is clinically relevant since the occurrence of a specific ventricular dysfunction is of poor prognosis. This article reports a case of systemic sclerosis with a subacute episode of myocar dial disease assessed by In-111-antimyosin antibody, a specific marker of the necrotic myocardial fiber.
