Abstract
Asymmetric B factories with high-luminosity e(+)e(-) colliders on Upsi
lon(4S) are under construction at KEK and SLAC. Physics runs will star
t in 1999 in both experiments. In this article, the design and the exp
ected performance of the detectors for both colliders are reported. Ex
pected CP reach is also summarized.
