Abstract
In an attempt to freeze-dry the virus of Carre disease we studied the possibility to improve its stability in time, using such cryoprotector s as: sorbitol,L-glutamine,trehalose and gelatin, We were particularly interested in the freezing, dehydration and rehydration stages of the freeze-dried vaccine.
