Abstract
We prove that the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations with adheren ce at bottom and traction by wind at surface goes to a 3D limit when t he depth goes to 0, once conveniently adimensionalized. The value of t he limit is given in terms of vertical coordinate and limit pressure, which depends only on the horizontal coordinates. The limit pressure i s driven by a 2D equation on the surface degenerating on the shore, wh ich is solved in a weighted space.
