Abstract
Using the kinetics of first-order phase transition, a possibility of n uclear liquid-gas phase transition has been investigated. The probabil ity distribution of various fragments within the metastable nuclear ga s is also obtained using the kinetic theory of nucleation by Zel'dovic h.
