Abstract
Scleritis is typically a non-infectious granulomatous inflammatory pro cess. It may be found in conjunction with systemic disease, more commo nly in those patients with necrotising anterior scleritis.(1,2) We des cribe a patient with posterior scleritis and polymyalgia rhematica. Th is association has not previously been reported.
